We Believe Business Owners Should Be Rewarded
“Working with other M&A advisory firms made me realize that the industry needed to be shaken up to constantly achieve the best outcome for the client.”

Our Story
Sterling Growth Partners originated from Xenia Insights, a technology platform designed to connect buyers and sellers across various professional services. This platform excelled in assisting individuals seeking to sell their companies by connecting them with qualified buyers, and vice versa. During this period, we served as a valuable resource for M&A advisory firms (sellers) and financial institutions (buyers).
Through our involvement in multiple deals, we realized that many companies were not being marketed effectively or exposed to the widest and most suitable buyer pool. Time to close the deals often took precedence over finding the best possible deal. Leveraging the technology of Xenia Insights, we established Sterling Growth Partners as a solution to help sellers secure the best deal while minimizing the time it takes to close transactions.

Have any Questions?
How Do You Charge For Your Services?
With us, there’s no upfront cost if your business doesn’t sell. Our fee is solely a percentage of the final sale, payable only when your business successfully changes hands. This means our interests are completely aligned with yours – we don’t get paid until you get paid.
How Quickly Will My Business Sell?
The duration to sell can fluctuate depending on various factors, yet we’ve witnessed numerous businesses receive offers within the initial 30 days and successfully close the deal within just 3 months! The average time from start to closing typically falls within the range of 6 to 8 months.
Will My Employees or Customers Find Out I'm Interested in Selling My Business?
No, maintaining strict confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to safeguarding all information and ensuring that neither the company’s name nor its owner’s identity will ever be disclosed without explicit consent.
How Much Is My Business Worth?
The value of a business is influenced by various factors, including cash flow, equipment values, historical financial performance, lease terms, location, recurring revenue from repeat customers, competition, and overall economic conditions. We possess the expertise to analyze your business comprehensively to determine the optimal price for your business.
